Return Period<\/h3>

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipment if eligible for return.<\/p><\/li>

  • Products that are not eligible for return will not be accepted under any circumstances.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Return Conditions<\/h3>

    • Custom-made furniture is not eligible for return unless it is found to have a quality defect.

    • Decor items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. <\/p><\/li>

    • Bedding products are not accepted if opened. <\/p><\/li>

    • Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed are not accepted unless found to be defective.

    • Returned goods must be in new condition.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • The returned item may take up to one week to reach the company\u2019s warehouse, depending on your location.<\/p><\/li>

      • Once the returned item is received, processing will be completed within 2 business days. <\/p><\/li>

      • Refunds may take between 3 to 7 business days to appear on your card or account.<\/p><\/li>

      • The refund amount depends on the condition of the returned product.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Fees<\/h3>

        • If the return is not due to a defect or an error from the company, a shipping fee of 800 EGP will be charged. <\/p><\/li>
