Return Period

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipment if eligible for return.

  • Products that are not eligible for return will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

  • Custom-made furniture is not eligible for return unless it is found to have a quality defect.

  • Decor items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Bedding products are not accepted if opened.

  • Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed are not accepted unless found to be defective.

  • Returned goods must be in new condition.

👉 Process & Timeline

  • The returned item may take up to one week to reach the company’s warehouse, depending on your location.

  • Once the returned item is received, processing will be completed within 2 business days.

  • Refunds may take between 3 to 7 business days to appear on your card or account.

  • The refund amount depends on the condition of the returned product.

Fees

  • If the return is not due to a defect or an error from the company, a shipping fee of 800 EGP will be charged.

  • If the order benefited from a free shipping offer, an additional fee of 800 EGP will be applied in addition to the return costs.
